  The two times I've gone to Fredericksburg, both times I've come here to try their special flounder. Despite its retro-gas station exterior, this spot sure knows how to cook a memorable fish. It's a giant dish meant to be shared amongst two and you have to request at least a day prior and is priced by the market so plan accordingly. It still takes a while for the flounder to come out when you do arrive but you'll certainly be full after diving into the crab stuffed flounder topped with grilled giant shrimp. The fish does come whole though for anyone squeamish about seeing a fish head on their table. They also have plenty of giant fried seafood platters that are also good in my opinion.

  Wow, where do I begin. We expected a great brunch and saw that the pancakes were amazing but it went all downhill with the waiter. Our friends were gluten free and there was very little to eat and the waiter was clueless.
  
  The wait was fine but we asked for an omelette but their omelettes were eggs and cheese and they came all watery. Yuk.
  
  Now the lunch or dinner menu looked interesting but brunch was a disappointment. Sorry.
